With over 30 years of experience in human resources, including 17 years as a senior HR executive, Sonya brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of success to the firm. Her experience spans diverse industries, including healthcare, manufacturing, community banking, and pharmaceuticals, providing her with a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses today. Sonya holds a bachelor's degree in management and human resource management from Georgia Southern University.
